Packaging is a very expensive part of the flowers and plant business, but it's necessary to transport your flowers/plants in the most efficient way without damaging the goods. When you return the Packaging, we are able to refund your deposit and keep the costs as low as possible. To make sure that we have proof of the return, it will be best to fill in this form and upload pictures of the return.

Packaging is everything used to bring flowers/plants to you. Think of the trolleys, buckets, and boxes. Some of the boxes are only for single use. These can be thrown away. But other boxes, buckets, and trolleys are for multiple uses. They come with a deposit and will be charged together with the shipment. You will get a refund or credit note when you return them.
